We were extremely pleased with the service from Incredible HVAC. Jason, and his co-worker the 1st day, Philip and Hector the 2nd day to install a new heating unit. I can’t say enough great things about this company. I called one evening desperate for a quote on a new heat pump system after my home warranty denied me and I had been without heat over the Christmas holiday.The owner answered came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I made my decision on a Monday and had a new system by Wednesday the same week. The entire crew was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Incredible HVAC!

I had a recent carbon monoxide scare in my house and Incredible HVAC was very responsive in coming out to our home and doing a thorough inspection of our system and vents. Both guys who came were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful.

Bc, I do not do this type  of work everyday and he was happy  to explain  step by step.

I stumbled on Incredible HVAC by accident while driving on 85 & 95 and they have the cleanness and nicest vehicles for HVAC companies that I have seen in a long time and it's an eye catcher...  I am so glad that I was paying attention while driving and saw/have seen their vans, while keeping my eyes on the road :)

Called early on Monday morning because my AC wasn't working. Spoke with Pam who was very understanding and scheduled me an appointment with a technician for the next day between 1-5. After a really hot night. I got a notification text at about 1:30 that my technician, Jason was on his way. Jason showed up with in 30 minutes ready to fix the problem. He was very polite and went straight to work cleaning out the condensation that had built up in the pan due to a clog. He was very helpful in letting me know it is something that I as a homeowner could  do in the future, before calling for service. The AC was working perfectly before he left. Since I pay for a service agreement with them, I only had to pay for Jason's cleaning of the drain and the condensation pan. It was a fair price for what was done to make my AC work. Incredible HVAC installed and services my AC and they are the BEST! I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of repairs or new system.
