Great experience from beginning to end. The online reservation process was easy and quick. Once in the shop to pick up the equipment the staff was super nice and helpful.  The return process was effortless as well. The other bonus is the prices are a bit cheaper than big box store locations. I will use this location again for other rental needs.

We have rented a bounce house a few times from here, and every time the experience is just great! They are always friendly and very informative when you speak to them, they are respectful to the property when they deliver and pick up equipment, over all just a great experience with them. The bounce houses are always in great condition and just a blast at a very affordable price.

I love this place and they have so many options for your needs. I rented a piece of equipment to assist me with my annual leaf removal and I was able to rid my yard of the mess left by 100+ trees I have on the property.  Each and every person I talk to there is very helpful and very accommodating.

Warren was awesome… He absolutely helped us to figure out what we needed when we had no idea going in there.  He came out and measured the space and so we got exactly what we needed and on the day of installation the install guys were just amazing. They had ideas on how to make everything fit perfectly.

First time working with rent-e-quip and I had the best experience! As a wedding planner, I had heard of REQ through others planners but hasn’t had the chance to use them until this past weekend. Although 45 minutes out of the way, it was highly worth the drive. David and his family/team gave exceptional customer service. I got stuck in traffic and wouldn’t be there until 5-10 min after their office closed and they happily waited and assisted me. Looking

From the start to end of my rental order the staff was friendly and very helpful.  I rented 5 tables and 40 chairs and they were delivered way before the event so I was able to set up without rushing. The gentlemen that delivered and picked up were excellent.  My only regret is that I didn't rent a sturdy tent from them.  I tried doing it myself and needless to say on a windy day my cheap tent grew wings. :)   So lesson learned, get the tent from rent e-quip. I would definitely rent from them again.

Wonderful communication from the start. Placing our rental order for Raleigh wedding was a breeze and making changes as well. As a planner, it is no surprise that mishaps occur on wedding days, however it is how they are dealt with that matters most! Unfortunately, there were several pieces missing for the dance floor on delivery. With the venue being 2.5 hours away, re-delivery was not an ideal option, however the manager drove down to Raleigh to hand deliver the pieces and make things right. We appreciated this commitment to service and would highly recommend Rent-E-Quip to others. Thanks for being fabulous. We loved designing with your pieces!

David, Bob and Simon all contributed to my project getting done timely and efficiently. The first piece of equipment encountered a problem about half way through the project. Simon came out within a couple hours to try and resolve. Unfortunately, it was too big of a problem, so the equipment had to be loaded up and hauled away. Bob assisted me to find alternate equipment to get the project done quickly. David was a very friendly and informative rental agent. No matter my question he had a correct answer. I'll definitely use Rent-E-Quip for my next project needs. You can rely on their experience and knowledge.
