Leak-Tek is the best company I have ever used for plumbing and A/C issues. They have promptly answered any call no matter how big or small. I have called them multiple times from a single leaky faucet, a noisy toilet to to a major air conditioning problem. I highly recommend them. Jennifer T

It's been said, "the human mind attaches to the negative 20 times easier than the positive." This is why it's so important to me to consciously give praise, where praise is due. I cannot speak more toward the quality and professionalism render by James Alonzo and staff at Leak-Tek Plumbing. My hot water went out during the cold weather, and I was close to a panic, since it was just me and my little one. Leak-Tek was referred to me via word-of-mouth, and I definitely believe them to be a  God-send. James was very professional, from start to finish. He was very respectful of my time and crisis. He was able to replace a part on my hot water heater, allowing me time to save up for, what appears to be inevitable, getting a new water heater. I will be using James to replace my hot water heater in the future, when the times come. In the mean time, I pray God blesses him and his business!  Keep up the great work, Leak-Tek!!!

Bad Service.  Water Meter continues to register water "usage" after everything is turned off in the house.  James at Leak-Tek couldn't locate so he said that the city meter was probably defective.   I had the the city replace the meter and it is still showing "usage".  Call James at Leak-Tek to come and finish the job and he has avoided the job.  I SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID HIM UNTIL HE FOUND THE LEAK...I will never use that company again!

Leak-Tek came out and found a slab leak under my home and did it very professional and very prompt! James Alonzo did an amazing job from start to finish will highly recommend them

Unprofessional. I took off work to have them come back to confirm a leak that I paid $165 and it turns out wasnt underground. Called him to see where he was and he said he was at home. James Alonzo doesnt know what collapsed pipe looks like in a camera. Dont use them because rather than be a man and say he was wrong, he punked out and said I was an idiot for breaking a slab on his recommendation (despite giving me a bid to do the exact same job). This is going to the board of plumbers and the better business bureau.

Ignore the few bad reviews. These guys were absolutely amazing. Saved the day. Cheapest in town, friendliest I spoke with in town, and the most accessible. Ill definitely be using exclusively this company for my plumbing from now on.

Leak-Tech did ductwork, faucet replacement, and tile work (because they had to break the tile to replace the faucet). I will NEVER use this company again, and I do not recommend Leak-Tech to anyone, for the following reasons.
First, the work took longer than expected.
Second, more than once, they did not show up when they said they would.
Third, the tiles they installed did not match the rest of the tile-work, even though they promised that they would.
Fourth (and most unprofessional), I received a “debt collection” call on June 16, five days after they issued an invoice on June 11. The invoice says a late fee is assessed after 30 days so I was under the impression that I have 30 days to pay.
The employee who called me also texted me and said they would put a lien on my house if I don’t pay. I was shocked that anyone would threaten me with a lien five days after they issued the invoice, which is clearly illegal and violates consumer protection laws.
And one more thing: I noticed that one of the five-star Google reviewers of this company is Kay Pruitt. She works for Leak-Tech. She is writing as a consumer, even though she runs things at Leak-Tech. Seems like a major conflict of interest and very unethical to be writing five-star reviews for one’s own company.
UPDATE: Since posting this review, two things have happened. The bathroom faucet installed by Leak-Tek turned out to be leaking big time. They had to be called in again to make it right. So the quality of the work is definitely awful. Second, I received a text from the same employee of Leak-Tek who threatened me with putting a lien on my house five days after the invoice was issued. She said I should be ashamed of posting a bad review and, just to insult me, that my house smells. (For the record, when Leak-Tek guys worked at my house, there were no cats and the house had been professionally cleaned to go on the market.) Unbelievably unprofessional! I have now blocked the Leak-Tek employee’s number so hopefully there won’t be any more harassment.

Leak-Tek came out and did a slab leak for me- they did an awesome job and I will be using them again!
