BAD SERVICE! I bought 3 split units about 2 months ago, All worked but 1, and returned it, and they won't warranty it. Keith the counter man said "I HAD TO EAT IT"!!!! They will not refund the money for it, now. They sold me a bad unit and expect me to pay for it. I already paid for it and they refuse to refund my money on the bad unit.

We are indeed struggling to get this equipment covered by the manufacturer because there was no evaluation on-site at the time of failure before the unit was pulled and returned. Compressor went out last week in a Goodman AC unit after a year, and it has a 10 year warranty on it. Temperatures have hit 111 degrees Fahrenheit, and we have a kid with extreme asthma that’s only getting worse because of this situation. They have the part in store, but have to order it since it’s a warranty part, and it’s back ordered apparently. With no ac for the past week and no estimated time of when the part will even be shipped, am I wrong to feel so disregarded? Never have I been so dissatisfied by customer service before, and they are so primitive that they have not even developed the superego to discern from right and wrong, and show some level of concern.

Great if your after heating, ac, or exhaust fan parts. Have to be licensed HVAC to buy certain stuff here. They always find motors that no one else can find. Service is excellent.

Thank you KC! We appreciate your business. As a wholesaler, we require dealers to be licensed, insured, and have an EPA 608 certification to buy AC equipment, supplies, and refrigerant.
