This company is top notch, extremely professional and helpful!  He went above and beyond to help with furnace issues we had and I would highly recommend this company!

Good knowledgeable repair person sent to fix my boiler at a very reasonable cost. I will use them for all my hvac needs.

If you are looking to get any HVAC service done, call Lakeshore! They are fantastic! Very responsive via calls and email. If you need major work done (we did) the pricing is the best you are going to find around for sure! A++ Service!

Dont bother.  Took days to return our initial phone call, was hete 10 minutes,  said he will get part. Then took over two  weeks to come back (not returning our phone calls in the meantime) to install part. Furnace a/c is STILL broke and he won't return our calls AGAIN after we spent hundreds of dollars. Very poor business.

When your furnace goes in a blizzard in subzero temperatures you want someone you can count on.  My family found it with their service.  They were determined to get to us.  Stayed in communication with a slight delay due to terrible weather, gave reassurance, accurate diagnosis.  Honest, kind, excellent, effective.  The heat is working thanks to John!!!!
