  Owner is abrupt and serious, terrible people skills, but he got his people out in less than an hour, and the whole process took about a half hour, they were fully stocked and efficient. Excellent work.

  I have used Koch Plumbing for over five years. Today, 1/1/21, I lost water and called Warren for help. He was extremely rude that he had to come to my house (he could have told me he wasn’t working) . He scolded me for bothering him with emergencies all the time and told me to find another plumber. I paid him $318 for 30 minutes and never got a nice word from him or a description of my issue even though I apologized multiple times for disturbing him. So if you want a fairly good plumber and can take rudeness and meanness with your repair, hire Warren Koch. Otherwise do like he said, and find another plumber.
