I called this company last week, explaining my need for a plumber. I needed a leaky toilet fixed, a dishwasher hooked up (which the lady that answered the phone interrupted me to say they don't install dishwashers and I said "it's installed, we just need it connected to the plumbing) and a sink hooked up. The lady said she could have someone come Monday between 3 and 5. I explained I had some appointments earlier in the day but could probably be here. She said we could do Tuesday if that would be better. So I agreed. She took my number and said they would call when they are on the way. I ran errands earlier, and was home before 3. I never got a call and since it was after 5, I tried to call the office. I was surprised that I got an answer and it was the same lady. She said she had no notes nor did she recall our conversation. I think they need to change the name from AA Plumbing to FF plumbing because they effing failed.

Water heater leaked and was flooding it's little room. Armed with two names for plumbers I asked miniGoogle for phone numbers. Called one. The very pleasant lady who answered me said her husband had just come in from a job but would be over soon. We were asked to message a picture of the heater, as well as, unit number. Excellent. Decided to check out the company's reviews. The company's I thought I'd called phone number didn't match the one I'd actually called. That's when I called back and asked the name of the company we were dealing with. AA Express Plumbing of Atlantic Beach. The short story is Martin did an excellent job. We had a new water heater and hot water in less than two hours on a Saturday. Very, very pleased with our new plumbing service. The very pleasant lady is the owner of the business. Moral of this story: Double check IA devices when you ask for phone numbers.
