They are always polite and professional when I call for service. They do a great job of scheduling and sticking to the schedule. If something out of their control comes up, they always let me know in as soon as they can. I have been using them for service work in the Morehead City area for years. Give them a try if you need HVAC work done.

I highly recommend Crystal Coast Heating & Air. I arrived at my second home and immediately noticed the air wasn't cold, but the unit was running. When I called Crystal Coast, the receptionist was lovely and super helpful. They scheduled me for the next day, but then put me on a list in case they had an opening. They called to let me know they could come the same day and I was ecstatic. The technician, Matt, was wonderful. He immediately identified the issues; a rusted filter dryer and low refrigerant. Matt had the part and was able to complete the repair in the same day. Thank you so much to Matt and the team at Crystal Coast Heating & Air.
