  After many years with a useless and old water system and suffering with the smell of sulfur, I was finally ready with some money to get quotes for a new water system. David, the owner, answered my call while he was on vacation (I don’t even answer my phone on vacation) and he asked to call me back the next day. Which, he did, said he was in the area and asked to stop by. David was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and wasn’t SELLING ME ANYTHING. He simply suggested the best solution and cost savings for me and my situation. He explained how seamless everything would work moving forward, monthly maintenance and how I would save money on the delivery of bottled water. (YAY) He took the time to explain the difference of maintenance and repair of other systems I’ve heard of. I read his reviews of many happy customers and couldn’t wait to install my new system the next day. David went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He cleaned up the entire area back there that was overgrown with weeds, cut down the useless sprinkler system that hasn’t worked since I moved in, repositioned the water tanks, moved hoses that were flooding the soil and rotting my foundation, moved an untreated hose bib, I could go on for days. The end result was the most amazing CLEAN shower I took last night that was so perfect. I CANNOT thank David enough. Every kind word that is said and written is true, every ounce of faith you put in his company and his work is upheld. He made me a believer. I recommend him proudly and thank him so much.

  I would highly recommend Dave for his expertise in wells and pumps. I called Knotts on a Sunday when I came home from vacation to find sandy water coming from faucets. Dave was there the next day working all day to get my well, pump and softener up and running with clean water. My wife used to always complain about our water quality. We live in an area with high iron and sulfur content and could never get our water clean and clear until Dave installed the proper softener, chlorination, and filtration. Dave’s knows every neighborhood and it’s ground water quality on the treasure coast. His years of experience will save you time and money. I’ve had neighbors spend over 8000$ with large and reputable companies on water systems only to have them removed a year later because it didn’t work. Knotts will not sell you something that you don’t need or doesn’t work. After 15: years of poor water my wife is finally happy.

  Great on time service. My water is 100 times better since he installed my new water system. He also showed us how to use the system to its best efficiency. Thanks again for the great service, I will be recommending Knotts Water Service to anyone needing a softener system.
