Was quoted a  price before anything was done and what my options were. Chip clearly explained what could be done and what really needed to be done.

Had a backed up septic tank into showers and bathroom floors and they were able to perform same day service.  Very professional, included me in his plan to fix the issue and went out of the way to explain everything.  Quoted and gave fair (average) prices up front before performing services so no surprises when bill time came.  Very pleased with the service and company.  Would recommend the company for all your emergency or routine septic tank needs!

They were prompt and dispatched quickly and were knowledgeable and friendly but... They seemed to charge a lot more than others. Their tank pump out was over $100 more than others not including the large tank size. They charged $665 for jetting and cleaning the distribution box which only took about an hour. I would recommend pricing these services with other vendors before calling these folks.

I had another local company come out to evaluate my septic tank backing up. Before I committed to the $13,000 drain field they wanted to install, I called Du All for a second opinion. I’m SO glad I did. Peter and his coworkers were excellent. He was patient, thorough, and honest. He took the time to do the work that the previous company had claimed to do, and explain everything to me along the way. While evaluating my system he discovered a very repairable cause to my problem (the drain field was perfectly fine). He could have probably sold me a very expensive repair, but he showed me the problem and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. It was refreshing to deal with people who had my best interest in mind. I definitely recommend them! My system has been working great since the repair about a month ago.

Our toilets were bubbling and backing up... I called another company first and their quote and attitude just didn't sit right with me. I then called Du-All by recommendation. Chip came out and didn't just guess, but checked the lines, the septic and heard our concerns. His quote was much more reasonable and he got the job done. I highly recommend Du-All and will certainly use them again (hopefully in the Distant future).

100% recommended , i had a coupon that saved me $50 from the Living magazine (PSL), they came the same day I called, pumped everything out, applied living bacteria, cleaned the filter and left the place exactly how it was. Very professional, dependable. John Klein is their service manager, and Chip. They came and explained to me what to do and not to do, I will definently use them again!!

We were Ripped off!!, Du-All plumbing charged $365.00 to solder (2) 3/4” copper fittings onto length of 5” piece of a pipe. Took 2 hours to do a 1/2 job. Called and texted images to manager of the job and  said he would check it out and get back to me and never did. Still waiting. YOU BETTER HAVE DEEP POCKETS IF YOU PLAN ON USING THIS COMPANY. JUST SAYIN’. You’ve been warned.

Very happy we called for a free estimate.  Fixed the problem in about an hour and as far as plumbing charges go, charged accurately.  Will call again for other issues and services.  Will was great!

We were having problems with our drainfield, we needed a pumpout, I contacted Du - All through their online website July 8th, they sent someout the next day, the technician was very thorough, and after evaluating our problem, recommended some ootions, we chose the one that suited for the time being, we even had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who further assisted us with his expertise into looking at more options when we decide to replace our drainfield, Thank You Du - All, you've made new customers out of this family.
