  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Danny was the young man who came to our home numerous times. We purchased a condo & it had many plumbing problems. Danny was efficient, kind, responsive, professional, fantastic skills& knowledge and trustful. I was so pleased. Jesse always responded to my calls immediately, polite, & was always able to fix the problem in a timely fashion. Do not hesitate to call this company for any plumbing needs. And their cost is reasonable!

  On Wednesday, 3/9/22, we knew that our hot water heater had to be replaced immediately. That evening (about 10:30pm), I researched companies on the internet. After reading great reviews about Kellett & Sons Plumbing, I called them and left a message. The next morning (3/10/22), I called them back after hearing a return message and spoke with Jesse. After explaining my dire situation, he was upfront and honest about how booked they were over the next few days, but asked me to send him photos in the meantime to see what he could possibly do for us. After viewing the photos I sent, Jesse told me that they could come replace our hot water heater around 1pm that day. At about 10:30am, I received a phone call from Danny (our technician) who said he could be here sooner. Within 15 minutes, he came to assess the situation. Danny was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. He left to get everything he needed to do the installation and returned promptly totally prepared and ready to get this installation done for us. Before I left to go to work, Danny had already started the necessary arrangements to remove the old hot water heater. Not only was I impressed with how professionally he prepared everything in order to get this old hot water heater tank out of our condo without a mess, but also that I was able to leave knowing that this installation was going to be done right. When I got home after 7pm, I was thoroughly pleased with the end result. Bottom line is......I highly recommend Kellett & Sons to anyone and everyone who should need any of the services they provide.   I have used this local company for years. They are incredibly responsive and work to get the job done right! I have an old home with some quirks, but Jesse and Danny were determined to fix the issue and were very conscious of my time and budget. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and love to support our local businesses!
