I called them and explained the problem that my double kitchen sink was backed up and pipe needed to be routed. They were very professional, friendly and were able to set me up for an early Saturday morning call.Very informative and professional, could not ask for a better experience. Keith Jr came out and explained some other piping related issues that I would set up for repair at a later date. I’ve used these guys multiple times and they are top notch 100% great company. Thank you very very much. A++ will definitely use this company for future plumbing. Thank you again

came and soldered our copper cold water pipe back together after being quoted 450 from another conpany. They were very efficient, up front, honest, showed up early and the price was so much more reasonable and now I can shower and do laundry again! Thank you so much!! Would recommend and use again!

Had a prior service and $6K qoute from another company and called this company (K.B.I) for confirmation of the sewer problem (standing water in sewer pipe heading out of the building caused by a collapsed pipe). KBI had better camera technology and they were able to see the roots in the pipe. They were able to clear the roots where the previous company had failed. Cost me hundreds of dollars versus thousands to dig and replace the sewer pipe outside the building. Keith Jr and team did a great job. It has been 6+ weeks with no issues.
