  Store is fine, store clerk is fine. Tried his best to find my part and did but did not have a supplier for my part. Part made in Italy so no fault of store not being able to get my part.

  Went to the "Big Box" store today with a very simple question regarding a replacement thermocouple for my hot water heater. I even had the original assembly with me. After the blind stare and shoulder shrug form their "expert", I was told to try a universal part and I could return it if it didn't work. No help whatsoever. Fortunately, I found Connor Company and called with my questions. I spoke with a great guy named Jim. He verified that I needed a specific part and not a universal part. After a few minutes I had my new part, specific to my heater, at a great price, without wasting any more time with the big box stores. They definitely saved my day. Thanks!

  In the midst of a pandemic they helped me !!! bigtime!!! my water heater wouldnt get out of lockout and I narrowed down the part I needed ..i called my manufactuer and they told me this company had one in stock ! I called the connor company and and they informed me they didnt have the one I needed but a similar one that would work !! And it did !!! Instead of having to spend money I didnt have and I didnt have to have someone come out . I was able to purchase this part and get my hot water up in running in less then 48 hours !!! Thanks to connor company I was back in business! The man on the phone did some research to figure what would work and I'm extremly greatful
