  I had a pipe break which lead to the inability to use both my kitchen sink and my washing machine for duration of time. The kicker? This pipe was in my crawlspace and because of it, I had a very challenging time finding a plumber that was as professional and timely as John Conner and his crew. I sincerely wish I would have found them sooner. John and his team were not only pleasant, but they were genuine, and the information that I received from John was informative and helpful. I received a quote from him within just a couple of business days and I was able to move forward to get the issue fixed. In our discussion John knew what a challenge I had in getting the pipe fixed, and within a day or so of agreeing to the quote, him and his team were at my house fixing the issue. I would absolutely recommend using John Conner Plumbing - like I said I wish I would have found him sooner! Thank you John and Team!

  The worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Take my advice and and hire a different plumber. They replaced the lead pipe from the street to my house and did not install the water meter where I wanted it, scratched up my basement floor, left mud and water in my basement and also soaked a few rugs. The sand pit they left behind in the front yard was unreal, I had to call the city water department and get them involved. They came back to clean up all the tree roots, rocks and garbage that was left behind and it looked even worse when they left. An overall horrible experience, do not use this outfit, you will be very disappointed.

  Our business called and met with John Connor Plumbing regarding drain repairs at an apartment complex. He never even bothered to give us a written proposal or make a follow up phone call. Please use Kenosha Plumbing instead. Katie Horton at KP took care of us in a professional manner. IE..The work was proposed, a bid was accepted, a repair date was scheduled and technicians completed the repairs.
