  I'm a little tardy with this review, but because of the outstanding service I received I didn't want to let it go. Last Fall (2020) we had our boiler heating system serviced by another company (we just asked for a tune-up). After five visits and over $1500 in charges, we gave up and endured two rooms getting zero heat to them (the rooms were fine before the visits.) We were also getting a lot of loud clunking in the pipes. Building Waters had done some work at our church and done a great job, so this year (Nov 2021) I decided to give them a call to look at our boiler. We set up an appointment and at the scheduled time a young man named Steve arrived. I explained the situation and what happened the year before. He listened carefully, and then said "That sounds like..." and then he went to the basement and took a look. In less than a couple hours - including the time he took to get a small part he didn't have - Steve had heat going to every room in the house, and it is QUIET! Steve was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was impressed that he did not bash the work done by the other company. He just assessed the situation and fixed it. Building Waters is a great company to work with and we will use them for all our other heating and plumbing needs, both at home and at our church. I highly recommend them!

  Had some tricky electrical repairs and additions. Don was outstanding! Not only an expert electrician, but very neat and conscientious about the quality of his work. He had made some suggestions that came out great! Well worth the money. We will be definitely using them again for our electrical needs!

  I worked with Steve and Dan from Building Waters on a Boiler Repair on my house here in Milwaukee. On a Holiday Saturday Dan- as the last option on our list of warrantied contractors- came on his own time to fix a temporary issue and restore heat. Within 48 hours his service had driven from Racine to Milwaukee twice to finish my boiler re- install on my 115 year old house during a snap freeze week. I didn't lose heat service once. Would recommend to anyone Residential or Commercial on Boiler Services. Had an excellent experience.
