  Had an emergency flood on a weekend. In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was fair given by phone. It’s great when you speak with a plumber directly vs office staff that does not know pricing. I will recommend Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and use them again.

  Joe’s Plumbing & Heating technician was very prompt when we asked for an estimate for water heater replacement. The best part is, they were able to replace it on a Sunday. I highly recommend Joe’s Plumbing & Heating for fast and professional service.

  The plumber took the time to listen to my description of the problems we were having. As a result, he quickly surmised that the ruptured seal on the toilet was related to a pressure build-up from failure of the ejection pump. He replaced the ejection pump and resealed the toilet, thereby solving the problem and preventing a recurrence. He also took the time to answer several other unrelated plumbing-related questions I had .He was on-time, pleasant and courteous .He cleaned up the mess when he was finished, leaving the bathroom spotless.
