  Full disclosure: I didn't end up working with Drain Pro, but I want to commend them for their excellent customer service and care. I noticed my drain was backing up in the basement late Thursday evening, and left a voicemail with Drain Pro. They promptly returned my call and scheduled me for Saturday AM. I ended up using another plumbing service and had completely forgotten about my appointment until they called to tell me they were on their way. The gentleman took my last minute cancellation in stride. This may sound trivial, but given my previous experience with contractors, how they respond to service requests and cancellations says a lot about a business!

  I called multiple other plumbing companies and no one could come out for at least a few days. Not having any water wasn't really an option. Drain Pro Plumbing was able to get a tech out the same day! He was knowledgable, efficient, and repairs were made in less than 30 minutes. The repair cost was reasonable too. The next time I need any plumbing repairs I will definitely be calling them!

  We had issues with a slow drain and yesterday evening we found that water started backing up majorly without draining. We hired Drain Pro after reading reviews on Google and Yelp - and had an excellent experience. They were punctual and on time. Raman did a quick diagnosis and told us our options. Would recommend.
