  These guys fixed my furnace quickly and it seems to be working fine. The problem I have is that they spent two hours talking to me about cannibal satanists that were infiltrating the school boards and the fact that JFK Jr. is going to rise from the dead and help Trump get back into the White House. Pretty good plumbers but averall horrible people.

  I called to have my heater repaired after my landlord did not respond to my maintenance requests for three months. The person who answered the phone lied about appointment availability then eventually stated she would not help me because I am the tenant not the owner. I am well within my rights to make a repair myself after THREE MONTHS of unanswered requests to my landlord. This is absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.
