They are the best. Adam John they got my furnace running and we're very caring. Made sure we had heat with a space heater so that we could stay warm and the pipes wouldn't freeze. I can't thank them enough. Thank you thank you thank you you are the best

I started having problems with my 23-year-old boiler almost immediately upon buying my house in Old Orchard - a local referred me to Girard and I couldn't be happier. They're fair, responsive, and do what they say they're going to do. Honest and competent service can be tough to find; it gives me such peace of mind to know that I have a company I can trust, and that recognizes the importance of excellent customer service.

Called Girard Plumbing to fix a septic system problem. Their response time was great. They came out, identified the problem and said it was fixed. Very expensive!!!!!! 3 weeks later the septic system quit again. Called them back and they sent a crew of two out. They said this time the float switch rusted completely through which caused the problem. This is something I feel a reputable company would have noticed at the previous service 3 weeks earlier and repaired/replaced. The septic had to be pumped out again and the float switch was replaced. I video taped the 2 repairmen while they played around on their phone for approximately 20 minutes; which I was being billed for. Charges were incurred for travel time, 45 minutes both ways from OOB to Scarborough...really? I then received another bill for over $1200.00! I did NOT pay this amount, but rather a reasonable amount for the repair and the part which should have been done at the first service call. 2 days ago the septic quit working again; which is only a few months after the previous work, I had to have it pumped out again and repaired (called a different company). The pump had burned out and the repairman indicated that the WRONG float switch was installed! I would NOT recommend this company to tighten a screw never mind work on any plumbing or septic.
