  After moving into our new home, we decided to install a heat-pump split system. Knowing the excellent reputation of Garrett-Pillsbury, we called them, and were rewarded with sterling service advice and with outstanding installation. Then the fun began! We suddenly had trouble with our heating and hot water system. Garrett-Pillsbury to the rescue again. The problem turned out to be extremely complex, but the expert technicians persisted, and now we have a system on which we can depend. Some of this service was done on the Wednesday before and the Friday following Thanksgiving, when many technicians and companies are not even answering their phones. G-P is devoted to their customers. In addition to the installations and repairs, we are impressed with their office staff, who are unfailing courteous, reassuring and proficient. Finally, the G-P administration appreciates their employees and is extremely responsive to customer comments. The entire company has earned our heartfelt thanks.

  We had a pretty bad leak in a wall and they came out very quickly and found the leak (which was in a very hard place to get to.) The job was done fast and very professional. The gentleman who came out was great and had a great sense of humor too which made me feel much less stressed while he was looking for the leak. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

  Professional, ethical, extremely knowlegeable, and tremendous customer service. I spent 3 months talking to 5 HVAC companies large and small, to replace furnace and A/C condenser. I got lip service, misinformation, sloppy estimates, no follow up and poor communication. None of them listened to understand my fairly simple needs and issues, until I spoke to Garrett Pillsbury. They listened well, probed to clarify, took the time to educate me to make sure I understood the pros and cons of each issue. They planned effectively, implemented flawlessly and delivered on time and on budget. They certainly exceeded my expectations. They are a real pleasure to work with.
