  Rushing to get ready for work, I dropped my bracelet down the sink drain. My efforts to get it with a coat hanger were unsuccessful and I had to leave for work. I remembered a friend had raved about Jim and so I called him. He offered to come over almost immediately. But I was stuck at work for a few hours so he worked his schedule around mine! Within 42 seconds of entering the house (I'm not exaggerating) he had the bracelet out. I then showed him some other jobs I need in the future and he had solutions both for a dishwasher install the appliance store told me was impossible and for fixing a spigot with difficult to find parts. I'm looking forward to having Jim do these projects. In addition to being a skilled plumber, he is also just a really nice, pleasant guy. (And he didn't even charge me for the bracelet rescue.) Highly recommended!

  Jim replaced two ball valves and fixed our leaking outdoor spigots. He also replaced a shower valve and installed new fixtures. He's responsive, gave us a fair price, and also a nice guy. I would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.

  Had an emergency this evening at the house. The gas meter was compromised and gas was leaking into the basement and quite frankly, into the neighborhood. Peco and the fire company were contacted and arrived at the house. I was told by one of the Peco gentlemen that I needed a plumber to replace a pipe going into the house so I contacted Jim Jennings, who answered the phone immediately. Despite being in the middle of a job, he offered to come out immediately to address the situation. He asked for pictures and information in order to bring out all the correct supplies/equipment. It turned out that Peco was able to remedy the situation themselves but I really thought that Jim deserved a shout out for his professionalism, his response time and his willingness to help. When I offered to pay him for his time, he flat-out refused. I thought everyone should know that this gentleman is definitely someone you would want to contact for any plumbing needs in the future. Very classy.
