  Dave the service engineer was excellent. He was prompt, professional and informative. Along with those qualities he was a genuine super nice guy. I wouldn’t use anybody else the company is great and I feel very comfortable when they enter the home because I know the job will get done and get completed correctly.

  My heat was not working on a Sunday. Called main number and spoke to a friendly secretary who took my name and number. I got a call back from the owner within 10 minutes and a service man was at my home within 45 minutes on a Sunday. The owner was very courteous and gracious for my business. David the service man was excellent-friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient...Will definitely call again and share this resource with others. Thank you!

  David was the technician who came out today. He called before arriving as promised. He was professional, explaining to me what work he had done and what work he suggested needed to be done. David was the BEST! I am pleased with Jenkins and Son's and will be sure to call them again in the future.
