DJ really tried to resolve our clog issue. He didn’t want to stop until all was fixed. And he managed to get it done at the very end. He continued and pushed through his job! He is great and professional. Would recommend him and also the company.

Received a complete re-piping, the service was done over two days. Four guys were here yesterday three guys were here today, all professional. Jeremy who seemed like the team leader was amazing and explained everything to me. Would definitely use them again.

Got a same day appointment & a call when the tech was on his way within 30 minutes. DJ was knowledgeable, personable and quickly diagnosed the problem with our heater. I’m happy to have hot water again and would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to others.
