  I wish I could give a zero star rating!! This company installed a water heater without receiving a permit through the town and placed the incorrect size heater in my home jamming it to the furnace. To make matters worse, they didn't install the flu vent to the chimney, so carbon monoxide was being vented in my home for four years before discovering this. I only found out due to the need to change my furnace and no contractor will touch it as it is not up to code. When I called them to change the water heater, they were rude and told me since I was so knowledgeable about needing a permit then I should've requested one. They are now not responding to the Building Inspector calls nor my calls to have the issue remedied so I can change my furnace. I am now left with no other choice but to file a complaint through the Department of Consumer Complaint and/or resolve this issue legally.
