This was my worst experience ever! Do not ever use this company. They are the absolute worst. My bathroom had to be remodeled two years later due to a cracked tub, cracked floor tiles, and cracked grout around shower tiles. In response to the owner we did contact you and were told you guys could do nothing about it. My bathroom was also done in 2017 not 2012

We stand by the quality of work we do and would have helped in any way we could have to resolve these issues at the time it happened. Kohler has a 10- year in-home warranty for their products and I hope you utilized this in repairing or replacing your tub. When it comes to grout lines this is common when seasons change and houses shift. If it was within 5-years we come out and patch those up, no problem and at no cost to you. We do not like to see our customers unhappy or unsatisfied. Our goal is to create a space where homeowners can enjoy their forever bathroom. My husband and I are very pleased with the work done by Blue Ribbon plumbing. Had a bathroom remodel with major work done : new subfloor, pipes moved, several leaks repaired in existing pipes. Project start was on time. All workers were friendly, professional polite, respectful, conscientious, listened to what we wanted and aimed to please us. Paul, the owner was very helpful with design, and we were able to keep the design of the original bathroom as we wanted. He frequently checked on the progress and work of his employees. Nicole was very helpful in helping to pick out floor and bathroom tiles faucets and vanity . If there was an issue and I called, it was resolved quickly. Products are top quality and it was helpful being able to select everything in one place at the same time.

So I set up an appointment with them for a plumber to check out the shower about a week ago. I followed up politely over text a couple days ago and no response. Then I tried calling today and all I got was a message with "please text me" with no acknowledgement or apology from not showing up. I don't know how they stay in business like this...
