  I've been a home owner for nearly thirty years. In that time I have always used Steve Pizzella for my plumbing needs. He is Fair and honest. He is very knowledgeable of his trade. I recall once asking him to come to my home in Farmington to change out my faucets to Ball Valve. He looked at what was existing and tightened them up. Told me no need for the new equipment and just billed me for labor. Now that's honest!

  I have had to call Steve twice in the last six months. Once to fix a leaking toilet seal and most recently to fix a cold water supply valve and poorly draining sink. He was very professional and friendly in his work. An explanation of the work was giving and only did what was required to complete the tasks. He arrived when promised and cleaned up after himself. I can't think off a better guy to call for you plumbing needs. I felt the prices were very fair.

  I called in to get an estimate on repairs for a home I am purhasing. It took almost a week for me to get a call back. I had to try again and leave another message. When did get a call back, he was rude and condescending while I tried to explain what the home insector and I discussed. I was interrupted when I explained the situation with the 200 year old house and the pipes. My inspector said I could fix the pipe system in bits and pieces, over the course of years. This company did not listen and suggested replacing a majority of the pipes without coming down to look. I hung up and went with a plumber who agreed to visit before giving his opinion.
