  I saw I lot of poor reviews when I checked them out after Fred’s Appliance set them up as an installer for a build in micro wave oven so I was a little apprehensive . Turned out not to be a concern at all, their office staff called me within two hours of ordering the appliance gave me an appointment time and we’re as professional and helpful as any vendor I have dealt with. The installation crew showed up on time and got right to work, they were courteous and very careful to protect counter tops and cabinets as they worked. They finished in job in under 30 minutes and we’re on the way.

  Just want to give a shout out for the disabled women on a fixed income you ripped off and sent to collections for a bogus charge. Her install was supposed to be coved by Fred's Appliances and you forged her signature on the paperwork and then billed her and took her to collections and blocked her from leaving a review. Pretty sure you know who I'm talking about unless this is a common practice for your business. Do the right thing and reverse the charges. The valley community is already spreading the word on Nextdoor and other social media apps so word is getting out.

  The people in this company have no honor or professionalism. They where scheduled to install a refrigerator. They did not meet their comments and did not deliver on their promise. We waited all day and they never delivered. When we called to speak with leadership to understand why, we never received a call back, just a young woman who stated their was a mix up and she was sorry. I highly recommend you stay away from this business. Honesty and integrity is paramount and they do not have either. Very disappointing
