I was impressed from my first conversation and continued to be increasingly wowed. Bulldog came highly recommended. When I called, they were able to get a same-day appointment that worked with our schedule. Text and call updates introduced us to Jeremy and we knew his timing. He was very professional and wonderful with communication. He let us know how he would problem-solve and what our options would be. We hadn’t planned on replacing our hot water heater tonight, but it was reassuring to know we were getting a competitive price and the best service. We will call on Bulldog and Jeremy when the need arises again. Excited for hot showers tomorrow!

Our technician Vince was amazing. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. My kitchen sink and dishwasher backed up and I wasn’t able to use them. He was knowledgeable and very honest. He gave me tips to prevent this from happening again. One of most genuine professionals I’ve ever had do work on my house. Will definitely be calling bulldog if I have an issue again!

I was immediately impressed by Bulldog's staff and depth of expertise when introduced at the Spokane Home Show. A few weeks while later I had a sewer/plumbing issue that needed to be addressed ASAP. Bulldog Rooter was the best call I ever made. Numerous contractors over the years don't even come close to the excellent communication, responsiveness, expertise and professionalism of the folks at Bulldog. Our technician, Sully, was simply the best! I'd give Team Bulldog 6 stars... highly recommended!!!
