Mark came to unclog the main water drain. During the process the toilet was busted by their equipment (by accident of course), because they didn’t know there were 2 drains. Mark showed patience and understanding and they replaced our toilet and installed it for free! All said and done it was Saturday night at 10:30pm and he kept his professionalism through and through! For it being what it was we are thankful for their service.

My sink clogged over the weekend and tried to unclog it myself. I couldn’t do it and I got hold or Mr. Rooter and they came over Monday morning by 8am and was done by 8:40 at the latest. The plumber was so nice and explained to me what was going on and how to prevent it clogging again! He also was super nice to my daughter when she would talk to him! Great prices and I highly recommend them!!!

They came quickly, seemingly with apprentices. But I was quoted $800 to replace a faucet. Right. A faucet. I understand the labor cost, but it's an outrageous way of charging, and if it's a very large project, I'd be more than willing to pay more. Another local plumber charged me $200, and it was all replaced in less than 20 minutes. And yet you are three hours, so you can see that you're just wasting your time by earning hourly fees. unprofessional

We are a national franchise and are held to some pretty high standards. One of them is to be up to code in all service calls.
