  Charlie was great -- naturally with the coldest day of the year being tomorrow, our entire heat went out in the a.m.. House temp dropped into the low 50's quickly. Called Charlie and while he was booked all day he made time for me and his service call at 5:30 pm same day. He knew the dire situation of no heat and made it his problem too! With a short diagnosis and price effective repair he had us back with heat within a few short minutes.

  My in laws have a mobile home that had leaking copper pipes behind a water heater that were hard to get to. Charlie installed new pipes, made new water manifolds, installed new valves and the job looks beautiful! My in laws won't hesitate to call him again and highly recommend him!
