  I have been using this Company for many years for mostly plumbing but also for other home improvements. They are everything you want to have about your plumbing services: knowledge, professional honesty, quality work, competitive prices, punctuality, politeness and good communication . Appointments are made with professional courtesy and responsibility. William Simmons is extremely thorough, and dealing with Right on Home Improvements I know that my plumbing is in good hands. They are very respectful and clean after the job and don't leave a mess! It is a real pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommended.

  Very professional, responsive service. I was sent both an email and a text confirming my appointment, as well as a reminder call. The plumbers were very knowledgeable and figured out what could be done very quickly, as well as provided me with a fair, fast estimate of the work, including possible alternatives planned if the first option did not work. I was also given the ability to view and accept or deny the estimate right through email.

  I've used Right On twice now. First time for installing a whole house shut off and new shut offs for our washing machine. They charged a reasonable price and so far they have worked flawlessly. Second and most recently, they figured out why my kitchen sink was leaking and fixed it. They came in a reasonable amount of time and as usual, were very friendly and explained exactly what they did. I'll be using them going forward for any other plumbing projects or repairs. I'm very happy with them.
