  Stay clear of this establishment. I hired them to fix my oil furnace . It started in 2019 they arrived, fixed the issue, or so I thought, approximately 3 weeks later, the furnace stopped working again, they came back, stated it was a different issue and charged me again. This scenario repeated it self another 4 times. The last time, they refused to service the furnace and left notice they weren't coming late in the day making it impossible to hire someone else. This place is a rip off service and has not business ethics.

  Just wanted to say thank you so much for your service. From squeezing us in when our heat wasn’t working to the install of our new HVAC and Hot Water Heater. From beginning to end and everyone we dealt with it was a great experience, and professional service all the way. Thank you, Gary and Debbie.

  I had a great customer service provided by the Comfort Zone. My A/C went out and I got in touch with Sarah at 9:00 AM. She originally penciled me in for a window of 2 PM - 6 PM, but she bumped me up for an early window. The Technician, Wally, arrived at Approx 11:15 A. He identified the problem immediately and was done in less than 1 1/2 hours. I am not saying every job will be that simple, but their professionalism and expertise was top-notched. I recommend them highly.
