  Honor came and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes. Were very clear in the explanation and cut a very small hole in our ceiling to get to the leak. Luckily, we didn't have to replace any pipes, just tighten some valves, that came loose in the last 2 earthquakes. A big relief. They cleaned up after their work.

  Damage was done to woodwork on stairs and walls as Jerry carried the back wall of the shower up the stairs with no help I believe he underestimated the weight/size of the shower wall. There was also a cut through the drywall to our walk in closet. Lastly, the shower was inspected by the delivery crew and myself and was free of cracks upon delivery. Post installation there were several cracks in the shower. The response from Jerry was "have your wife fix it with nail polish".
