  Pat Holland came out to help source and eliminate groaning pipes. While research indicated one probable source; Pat analyzed an issue that he believed more likely the source. He suggested testing the much simpler, less expensive option first. He explained how the simple solution would work or not within a few days and prevent the expensive option. If noise elimination did not happen the other, expensive option was available. How many plumbing companies would suggest choosing the less profitable approach? Pat has done other work for us in the past; if need be, we'll call on him again in the future.

  Super fast and friendly service. Cody came out and figured out what was wrong quickly, and then worked with me to figure out the various discounts I could use. 20 minutes later, he was out the door and my shower now drains like a dream. He even took the time to wipe everything down with disinfecting wipes. Super painless process overall.
