  Hicks plumbing is the best plumbing service in Tuscaloosa! They are very helpful and assist your needs as fast as possible. They make sure the job is done 100% and everything is completed to the best of their ability before they leave! Would not use any other plumber.

  Hicks Plumbing went above and beyond to repair all of my bathroom issues. The secretary Maddie was always so friendly and help calm my nerves because I've never had to call a plumber before.

  First, you have to give at least a star to review. This company doesn’t need any stars. We contacted company at 8AM on a Friday regarding a GAS leak at our home. The gentleman that answered said “yes Ma’am we can have someone out today”. Some might not know, but a natural gas leak cannot be fixed by the gas company. No one contacted us back. At all. I should have moved on from there. I called back Monday and finally got someone out. They fixed the GAS fittings and then said there’s still a leak. We’ve yet to hear back from them. Absolutely unacceptable. I called back. No one knows who called whom. Asked when they closed and a lady in the background yelled out laughing. I highly recommended not using this company.
