My heat wasn't working on a day where temperatures are unusually low in Tuscaloosa. Bradberry Service Company was quick to respond to my call for help. Chris was polite, professional and quickly resolved the issue. I went from no heat to having a new thermostat and having a furnace problem fixed in a few hours. Really appreciate this company and will call on them again if there is a need.

Where to begin, Terry with Bradberry was very professional and punctual.  I got a good price on the AC unit and furnace.  The day of the install, I had 2 crews working, only took about 3-4 hours ton install everything.  They were respectful and courteous.  My old AC was too small and old, my power bill in August was $346.48 and now with a newer more efficient unit my October bill was $125.86.  Couldn’t be happier and you won’t either.

My AC unit suddenly stopped working last night so I called Bradberry this morning and they immediately came out. The woman that I spoke with this morning was so very kind. The technician that came out (Colby) was very knowledgeable, thorough and nice!! I’ve used this company before and each experience has been awesome!! i called bradberry on tuesday for my free estimate and they immediately were able to send someone out. they were so great. they were so knowledgeable about what they were doing and they were able to tell us everything we needed and give us the BEST price they could. we decided to go ahead and get both units brand new. they started the very next day and got the first one in and thursday they completed the second one. we are SO SO happy with the results and just the whole overall experience from talking with shelia on the phone to colby giving us an estimate and just the whole crew and all their hard work. i cannot say enough good things about bradberry service company and i will absolutely refer them to anyone i know. we have found our new service company and i am so thankful!!!!! this time in world it’s just so amazing when you find good people!!! ♥️
