The service was great. We had a sewer drain problem and they were able to unclog it. The price for the work was reasonable and our technician was fantastic. We also received a six month warranty, so if there are any future clogs they will return for free.

I have a medical condition that requires I have access to a bathroom. My one and only toilet totally ceased to flush this morning so I was in a tight spot. I called several companies and got no response. Called RR and a plumbing technician came out within two hours and got to work. He worked up a real sweat trying to auger out my ancient toilet but no luck. Could not be salvaged and we ended up having to replace the commode. Got me up and running much faster than I expected. Blown away with the quality of their service and specifically my technician’s high standard of work. If you are in a lurch like I was do not hesitate to call up RR and ask for Chace. He is an absolute life saver and I owe him a huge debt of gratitude for getting me out of this mess!

Mason was very professional, on time and courteous. I really appreciate it that he took the extra time to explain my primary problems and made suggestions how to avoid issues in the future. This by far was the best plumbing experience I’ve had ever. I give Mason/Rotor Rooter-Birmingham my full recommendation.
