  Terrific customer service from beginning to end. Darlene was able to adjust our appointment to a later time and still keep the same date! That was huge! Rob called on his way to let us know what time he would show up and he was friendly and professional. He provided suggestions for maintenance to keep our unit running more efficiently and checked the furnace filter that needed changing. We have used H2C for plumbing and AC service and have been very pleased each time.

  Keith solved a few plumbing mysteries that we had been experiencing over the past several months. He was able to quickly diagnose the problems and presented me with the options for repairs, costs and timing. The repairs were made quickly and they were well done. Keith was right on time for our appointments and called ahead to confirm his arrival. When his work was complete, he took the time to demonstrate the work he had done and assured that my expectations were met. He was a pleasure to have in our home. A really nice guy who knows his trade.

  Needed a toilet repair to be performed and called several places in the Savage area. After having some negative interactions while trying to get a quote with other businesses, I was happy to have talked to H2C. Pete was professional and gave us the info that we needed and was able to fit us into his schedule within an hour. He got the job done within the estimated time frame and made some cost-effective decisions. Highly recommended!
