  Contacted Jason about a leaky outside faucet. He responded very promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next business day. Arrived on-time, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a very fair quote, and immediately went to work. Jason is extremely personable and explained our options in detail. Today's job was completed quickly and cleanly. We look forward to working with him again for our future plumbing needs. Thanks, Jason!

  We hired Jason over the phone to install three toilets. He did not ask us what color toilets we wanted, and as people who are not plumbers, and are completely swamped with work and various projects, that didn't occur to us. Plus, we just moved into this home. Once he was here, I realized the white toilet in the basement especially, would look bad with the bone colored sink and tub. He was furious that I didn't tell him that ahead of time. As someone who installs toilets, I would think he should always ask that question. I was afraid to tell him to just do the 2 toilets instead of all three, because his demeanor and comments were rude and I could tell he was very angry. I did tell him, but he decided NOT TO DO ANY TOILETS AT ALL and stormed out of our house. (EVEN AFTER WE OFFERED TO GO TO THE STORE AND BUY THE RIGHT COLOR TOILET WHILE HE WORKED ON THE OTHER TWO!) I should have known better, because he gave me an attitude last week about the sizes and brands, and I almost cancelled everything. I should have gone with my gut.

  Note, this is the first time I used American Plumbing. Jason arrived on time to our schedule appointment and was very friendly. He replaced the water pressure reducing valve coming off our main. He completed his work quickly and clean. I will definitely reach out to Jason at American Plumbing for future plumbing needs.
