  Excellent experience! Very friendly staff on the phone, Rod the serviceman was very polite and helpful, and the work was done quickly! Very reasonable, upfront price helped make this a company I absolutely will continue to do business with.

  Rod was a pleasant guy. Called to notify arrival time, came on time, explained the basics of septic tanks and things to pay attention to in terms of maintenance, completed the pumping job quickly. Happy with him and Freedom Septic Service. Would recommend.

  I have used this company in the last few years for septic service. For the most part, I had been pleased. Earlier last week, I called to schedule a day for service. The young lady who answered the phone "abruptly" put me on hold. After waiting for a period of time, I decided to end my call as the call obviously had been forgotten. I called back and got the answer machine. I left a "pointed" message on their machine explaining that I was not happy about my extensive hold. I stated to please call me back if this company wanted my repeat business. It has been 4 days and no call back. I can only assume that they no longer wanted my business. I feel that if they do not communicate with a repeat customer, perhaps they are too busy to perform the service, as well. I gave them 2 stars, instead of 1, because the rating is not based on service. However, for the most part, companies should realize that solid and professional communication is the essence of running a good business.
