  Woke up to no heat on a cold February morning. We knew our furnace was on borrowed time. I contacted Carroll Mechanical at 7:30am and had our new furnace installed by 2pm! The install team was friendly, professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs servicing or installs.

  During that really cold stretch in January, we woke up on a Friday morning with the house near 50 degrees, our heat pump failed. Chris came out that afternoon and we came to the conclusion that the system needed replacing, it was old. He put a crew together to install the new inside and outside units the next day, on Saturday. We were afraid that we would have to wait until the following week. By 3:00 Saturday the house was warm again. Very grateful!!! Seems so much more efficient. I would highly recommend their work.

  I had to call this morning when it was about 15 degrees outside. They managed to fit me into a morning appointment and we’re punctual, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. When the Tech left he cleaned up and gave me some additional advice concerning the unit. Customer service is exceptional !
