  I had an excellent experience with the technician. Tim was very cordial and professional. Tim made sure the job was completed before he left by making sure toilet was repaired and sink was totally clear. Tim even went extra mile by sealing a leak under the sink.

  Hamuld and TK were amazing people. They were super personable and went thr extra mile. Like, the 200 lbs snake wouldn't fit down my narrow basement stairwell. So, they took it apart and hauled it down peice by peice -one weighing 150 lbs alone. I recommend this service for these awesome men. They got my whole house flowing again! Real amazing work.

  Jordan was very thoughtful and through in unclogging the master bath toilet. I would not call anyone else but Roto Rooter. They are also very fast and the administrative staff are also excellent.
