  I agree with another reviewer that they lack professionalism and have harassed me for months for a disputed invoice. The technicians arrived, needed to leave for camera and then leave again for jetter. I understand these things are unpredictable however the tech provided an invoice that showed excess hours for the job. I called the office and they agreed to adjust the invoice. I sent tech along with a check for adjusted amount but they never received check thus began the calls! Even though the check cleared, still called. Six months later they called to collect on invoice again! They showed no records of paid invoices. I’ve had to track down the deposited checks to which they now say my account is cleared up! What the heck!!! They’ve had my payments for 3 months! AND today they tried to charge $177 for a repair they did not make but they did cause. I’m sorry have to give any business a poor review but they need to address this billing department issue as well as the employees attitudes. I was made to feel I was ripping them off!! Yikes!

  The work was fine but "didn't have parts on truck" so made 2 trips. Felt they charged too much. they couldn't get invoice through on email so I called and asked for a bill to be mailed. they did not. on and on. I felt I was totally harassed and told them and they just keep calling and calling and hadn't even given me time to get a check to them. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

  had called about someone coming out to my house and looking at my shower head. The first time he was supposed to show up, he was 2.5 hours late. He said he would have the front office call and set up another appointment which never happened. The next day, after I called, the same guy was 1.5 hours late.. he was here for 10 minutes and never fixed the issue. I've complained and yet no one has contacted me and you still cashed the check for $122.50. No one told me of any service call charges prior to the appointment. So what exactly was I charged for? 10 minutes of a guy's opinion and I still have to purchase other parts because his truck wasn't fully stocked like your website says it is?? He never fixed the issue and yet still charged me?!?!? I will never use or recommend you people again.
