Everything a plumber should be , on time , knowledgeable fairly priced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Needed a new Franke kitchen faucet installed - a relatively small, but difficult job.  Repair guy showed up on time and the new faucet works great.  Very pleased.

Had them install a dishwasher, replace the hot water knob under my sink and install a shut off for the dishwasher and change out my washing machine faucets.  Great no hassle service, nice guys who knew what they were doing.  I'd say very reliable service at a moderate cost.  I'd rather pay a little more for a well known local company.

Bear did not install my water heater correctly.  Pipes are leaking and the top is rusting.  The company would not correct the defective installation unless I paid hundreds of dollars

If I could give minus stars  I would. Used this business for years. When I needed them in emergency service they wouldn't come for 4 days!!!
Called Moen Brothers plumbing who I had never used before... they were here within the hour. NO MORE BEARS PLUMBING... CALL MOEN.

It is hard to find a company that is professional, on time, explains everything, and the work is done correctly all at a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with our new water heater. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Outstanding all around. Completely knowledgeable and professional from the call to the office through fixing and billing for my problems.  Fair pricing. Plumber was extremely professional, knowledgeable and nice.

Spent $49 on a trip charge to have them misdiagnose a problem and give me a sky high quote.   Would have spent $625 and not solved anything.   With an hourly rate of $149 that was not disclosed to me beforehand, I decided to call another company with an hourly rate of $99 who solved the problem immediately.   I asked to speak to a manager but my call was never returned.    A waste of 50 bucks, glad I went with my instincts and didn't authorize anything further.

I am so pleased with Bear's plumbing. They are top notch in the plumbing business .They were so professional, and did a great job fixing my mothers plumbing issues.
