I have never worked with a company with such
poor customer service and communication. I ordered a kitchen sink. The box was delivered on the day of installation and when opened the sink was shattered even though the packaging was perfect.
There was never an apology, or even a returned
phone call. I had to make multiple phone calls and would have to repeat my story every time. To avoid being without a kitchen sink
for 6-9 weeks I had to change colors- again with
no compensation or even a conversation.
Customer care from the cities was helpful but
Rochester staff was of no help and quite  rude. Horrible experience.

Danielle was really rude when I was trying to ask her what faucet went with my whirlpool tub as I needed one. She immediately began lecturing about how my tub wasn't under warranty with a lot attitude. Interrupted me during my question and assume I was trying to get my faucet for free when all I wanted to know was the kind of faucet needed for the 3 way waterfall function so I could buy a new one. I told her several times I understood it wasn't under warranty. I also told her I never brought anything about a warranty up. Not sure why she even assumed it. Wish I would have not done over $15,000 worth of business with them when we built our house because they could careless about helping after the sale.

Horrible, horrible service. They do not pay attention to detail. Save all of your email correspondence with them and record your visit to the showroom. Delayed my project for weeks and messed up the billing(in their favor, of course.)
