I could not be happier with this company! One of our main drain lines clogged up out of nowhere, I made many calls to local plumbing companies to try to get someone to come out and fix it ASAP, the earliest I could get on anyone's schedule was 2 days out. I kept calling and finally gave Mr Rooters a call. A plumber was dispatched right away and arrived to my house within an hour! Trevor was amazing to say the least! He was SO friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of my MANY questions! He did a sewer scope and an inspection of the plumbing system in our house for no extra charge, revealing a lot of little things to keep an eye on in the future. Super happy with the service!

Was very satisfied with the service! We had a stubbornly clogged drain and had to use a couple of different approaches to open it. Patrick was very good about doing everything he could to get the job done and it worked! We didn't need a second day to finish. I thought the costs of the service was very reasonable for all the time he put in.

Eric Thies came to install a gas line for our dryer. He's fast and very knowledgeable. He gave us other recommendations on other services that could use the updating. He's very helpful, easy to talk to and would HIGHLY recommend him. Now that we are a member of the Mr. Rooter Plumbing team, I will definitely alway request his services for future needs.
