I'm a little late in posting this-after holidays..Maureen was most friendly helpful in my lighting fixtures for new home! Great Showroom..There's so many to choose! Found exactly what I wanted, it was taken down from display by next day for pickup..I 'shop local business, & will be back.

I went in to browse and the employees were very nice. They let you look on your own. They have a big selection of everything. A little on the pricey side. I enjoyed my experience.

I bought $3,800 in faucets, shower head etc for my new bathroom on 3/7/2021. 3/9/2021 I decided to change the faucets color so I went ahead and cancelled the order wich had not received..it was on transit so ferguson redirect the order back to them. Ok I needed to wait for them to receive the orders bef they could credit me the money. Understood, no problem, went ahead and bought a different set from them and paid the full amount. As today 5/10/2021 ferguson still doesn't return $2,866. They insist they credited to my bank but my bank has not receive the money. If you call them, they are rude and keep insisting they credited and is my bank problem...keep calling my bank NWcredit union and they have not receive it. I will not recommend this business, is terrible if they need to return your money.
