I have used DM Select for my A/C and Heating for several years and they had always been great!  Prompt, professional, fairly reasonable in their rates, and responsible.  Not sure what happened in the past few months, but this is not the company it used to be.  They are not as professional and thorough, and I think some of their best technicians are no longer working there.  It is such a disappointment!  Unless things get better soon, I will look for someone else.

Pat showed up on time and was very quick and thorough in his inspection and determination of the issue. He was upfront with costs, explained the issue completely and clearly with great analogies so I could understand it, and was very friendly and professional.

I called DM Select to see if they had a solution to my frozen condensation tube. They came out promptly. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even returned the same day to install my fix in freezing cold weather. I will definitely be using them again.

Evan of DM Select came to check our heating system and answer some questions and concerns that we had. He arrived promptly, listened to our questions and then inspected our furnace and ductwork. He gave us good advice and communicated clearly. Very satisfied.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received.
The initial service tech ( Evan) was correct in diagnosing the problems . He was able to get our heat restored right away until the definitive repairs could be made. He explained what was needed completely and answered all the questions we had.

The installation crew ( Danny, Pickle and Jeff ) were very careful and did beautiful work. They encountered an unusual problem, due to a faulty original installation when the house was constructed, and their perseverance was incredible. At the end they carefully explained how to operate the new equipment.

An in general recommendation for DM Services is that when I asked if there were additional charges for the extra ductwork needed , they replied "No, you pay what we quoted you."

This is the second time we used their services and couldn’t be more pleased.  We will continue using them for all our heating/air conditioning needs.  Our technician Evan is a wonderful young man who is courteous, on time, and knowledgeable.

These guys are GREAT! I told them what I wanted, they came and gave me an estimate without trying to sell me anything else. This was super easy. 2 days from estimate the syste was installed in a few hours. I highly recommend them. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

The worker (Chris) who was filling in for their Winchester branch technicians who were unavailable, was knowledgable, efficient, and polite. Had some logistical issues booking the heat system inspection and the window for the inspection was recorded incorrectly by scheduling staff at their Lorton VA HQ despite my email followup confirmation of the time window we verbally agreed to. As a result I had to wait two hours more than promised but the net result was that I was still very satisfied with the service overall.

They installed our new HVAC system & they maintain it. We have also used them to snake a drain twice. Maintain it & they are very nice & knowledgeable. They give helpful maintenance tips too. Highly recommend.

I found them to be very customer focused and easy to work with. The first time they came out to fix my water heater they replaced the thermostats and it turned out not to be the solution. They went out of their way to schedule me a follow-up visit as quickly as possible and replaced the bottom heater element with no additional charges. Fantastic customer service!
