  Both times I’ve hired Premium Plumbing I was more than satisfied. Megan is very pleasant, replies very quickly by text even on the weekend, and is quick to set up an appointment within a 2 hour window. I was not stuck waiting around all day long wondering when the plumber will arrive. On the day of the appointment they send you a text with a link to a map where you can see how far away the plumber is and exactly when they will get there. Louis arrived within the expected window both times. He is friendly, kind, honest, professional, wore a mask, and got the job done without trying to overcharge.

  I would highly recommend Premium Plumbing. Our service tech Cory was very thorough and provided us an accurate assessment of our issues. He was very professional and even provided helpful insight on how to remedy the situation. The service was prompt, fairly priced and I couldn't be happier with the job they did.   Corey, Megan, Eva and team were such a pleasure to work with. We had an extensive master bathroom remodel getting done and we needed the help of a professional plumber to make it a success. Corey was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and just an all around great guy. Evan and Megan made the process of scheduling and completing the project easy. Super responsive and attentive. Premium Plumbing is my "go to" for plumbing needs. Don't go anywhere else.
