  Enviro Plumbing was such a wonderful business to work with! The woman who scheduled my appointment over the phone was pleasant, helpful and so accommodating to my schedule. And the service was exactly what we needed! On time, polite, professional, kind...and they fixed the problem! Very pleased and happy with Enviro Plumbing, and will use them again if needed.

  I would avoid this business at all costs. The short: took my money, showed up, never emailed me a quote, told me they couldn't do any work even something as simple as fixing the flapper valve on a toilet, I called to follow up and schedule another date and they told me that they are booked for over 2 months straight. The long: This business is wildly unprofessional and will take your "service call" deposit provide you with nothing. The techs seemed like their main job was to leave as soon as possible and find any reason to provide no services at all. At the outset they noted 2 minutes in "if you don't know how to shut the water off then we cant do anything and have to leave." I called several times to schedule the services since the service call provided me with literally nothing, not a diagnostic, a quote, a simple repair, absolutely valueless. I got in contact with the office and they noted that even if the techs could return it would not be for over 2 months. This is beyond unacceptable for a plumbing company. I requested a refund and there is a reason they aggressively highlight "NO REFUNDS" for their service call (which many competitors provide free of charge) their business model is not fixing problems but securing the $124 visit fees and then doing nothing. After several emails they refused to refund the money and stopped responding. I can't recommend this company less.

  Dear Alex, I am sorry that we were unable to accommodate you, we have a very busy schedule at this time of year. We were out to your residence to provide you service however when the Tech gave your husband the quote to fix the broken supply valve that feeds water to your toilet and to give you a new flapper your husband did not want us to do any work for you and so the Tech left. The fee for the service trip is non-refundable as you were told when you scheduled us to come out. The fee covers our cost for coming out to your home. I wish you all of the best in 2022.

  Daniel has experience with radiant heat and was very helpful during an emergency leak, arriving an hour after I called for help. Daniel supervised my job personally which gave me peace of mind that it was being done correctly. Some water controls weren't reset properly but they are sending a plumber back to fix them this week. Andrea who runs the office is very helpful and got her team over quickly when I had my leak!
